I looked into other fiction publications on Medium and sometimes I try submitting to them, but they seem to lose steam almost as soon as they get started, or just print anything, or have insanely specific rules for submission. The Authentic Eclectic is the best one I've found because you have quality control without making unfair demands and you're actively posting and curating in it so that it stays alive and growing.
